The Warriors Crime
Watch
is a youth led
crime prevention
program that functions
at Wayne High School,
Studebaker Middle
School, and Weisenborn
Middle School. It is NOT
a "snitch program". The
students lead different
projects such as peer
education, where the
students teach grades
K-12 about bullying,
drug/alcohol use,
stranger safety, Internet
safety, and much more.
Because their
presentations are
youth-led, the audience
receives a better
message. The group also
participates in various
community service
projects. They have been
nationally recognized
and continue to impress
students and adults alike.

Check out the links on
this page for information
on the individual school
programs.

The middle school Crimewatchers visited the
Montissori Children's Center in May to teach
the students about Stranger Safety.
The Warriors Crime Watch students traveled
to Monticello Elementary School to conduct
Internet Safety presentations on May 25th. As
you can see in the photo we have some
musicians in the program.
The middle school program raised
$1,475.00 for URS through their rubber duck
sales. They also volunteered at the Rubber
Duck Regatta at Riverscape.
